For more than 20 years I have enjoyed working as a coach and mediator and as a trainer and educator. During these two decades, my focus has been specifically geared towards using evidence-based practices to guide people, from business executives to close-knit families, towards attaining their own definitions of personal and professional success. My skill set not only includes devising overarching coaching techniques that help address previously hidden risk factors and roadblocks but also finding ways to improve agile team collaboration so entire work cultures are transformed into environments teeming with positive morale. Inclusion and diversity are cornerstones of my work so that all in my care benefit from the resources available, regardless of race or cultural background. Over the years I have worked with fellow business leaders, staff, and coaches to sustain a broad series of initiatives that provide prospective and existing clients with the support required for addressing their perceived shortcomings. My record of success shows how I have been a consistent advocate and ally in introducing new ways of thinking that lead others through all phases of a journey taking them into a mindset of sharper focus and increased clarity.
