In true startup fashion, this COO role was responsible for everything from product design requirements and roadmaps, to financial projections and budgeting, to marketing and evangelizing the product, to pitching the platform for investment.

*successfully created and implemented operational systems and processes for startup operations including investment strategy, pipeline management and client on boarding

Sole proprietor and operator of a quality-focused independent coffee house chain.  Charged with leading the business from original concept design to construction specs to creating the full operational plan.
