I oversaw the total rebranding of this 30-year-old party and event rental company by establishing a customer-centric approach to the marketing content and product development, abolishing the “one-size-fits-all” mentality, and diversifying the marketing pipelines. I dramatically and quantifiably improved the customer experience by instituting superior marketing practices that drove demand and differentiated the brand. I operate the budget and content development while defining the brand voice, guiding the overall brand and public identity/message, forming consistency, and strengthening notoriety. I direct the website maintenance and refine the user experience, redesign, and SEO, to focus on e-commerce. I manage the full marketing calendar including original channels (email, editorial content, and social media), while driving growth. I also enhance the brand effectiveness by expanding the analytics and reporting with measurable marketing data and KPIs for intercompany departments. Finally, I secure and manage all the external teams and resources in relation to marketing, communications, wed design and printing.

I oversaw the ideation and execution of the B2C and B2B marketing plans, established the growth/performance benchmarks, and instituted key performance criteria with a multi-million-dollar marketing budget. I devised custom, account-based marketing initiatives coordinating with the sales and customer success teams. I identified and orchestrated events for participation, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities. I pioneered opportunities for internal operational improvements across the marketing content and stimulating the core creative processes. I conducted in-depth research and competitive benchmarking analyses while reporting on key insights and KPIs. 
I also fostered positive, lasting relationships with key clients by partnering to create programs and content tailored to the specific employee base and health needs. Finally, I created employee personas aligned with the brand/services that provided added value to the patient journey and the clients’ overall health mission.

I built the brand identity from the ground up to affirm a solution-oriented and transformative integration (not transactional), enabling a meaningful industry debut. I articulated the unique brand positioning utilizing member-driven marketing and promotional programs, products, and events to secure and retain new members. I headed and controlled the digital strategies; website, app development, social media presence, and online advertising avenues. I also spearheaded the website redesign and integrated a third-party vendor scheduling platform app in order to enable a more convenient and personalized user experience. Finally, I fostered mutually beneficial, co-marketing partnerships with various other brands and influencers.
