The team at Blue Lynx recruits multilingual professionals for a wide range of international companies in the Netherlands. My role requires a resourceful and organised approach, I truly enjoy the fast pace and dynamic environment of recruitment. 

Recruitment support: register incoming cv’s, monitor and verify documents, coordinate workflow database, source & evaluate candidates, assess language levels, maintain and develop relationships with candidates and clients, brief candidates on recruitment process, create job listings and post on social media networks, monitor & process multiple email inboxes, welcome guests and candidates, coordinate appointments, order office supplies, first point of contact for database, web, phone and IT issues.
