I founded Jenrada LLC in 2019 after more than 30 years in the TOC (Theory of Constraints) consulting and training field, which culminated in 14 years as a Partner with Goldratt Consulting. There, I led the company’s consulting practice in North America and India and headed the Goldratt School. I was fortunate to have Dr Eliyahu Goldratt, the originator of TOC, as my mentor for 25 years. A highlight of that time was working closely with him on the development of the TOC Thinking Process. My book, “Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Processes to Use,” was personally endorsed by Dr. Goldratt and has a 4.6/5 star customer rating on Amazon. I am also a contributing author to the Theory of Constraints Handbook. I've worked with hundreds of leaders, change makers and companies around the world to radically increase performance by creating an environment of focus, innovation, inspiration, and harmony. I am a past Chairperson of TOCICO (Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization), and earned her MBA at the Thunderbird School of International Management. And in 2018, I was presented with the TOCICO Lifetime Achievement Award. I earned my Masters in International Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management, was awarded the TOCICO Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018, and I'm an adjunct professor at Washington State University. I volunteer for the Burning Man Project as a Regional Contact. My participation with Burning Man helps me connect with creativity and humanity in ways that are like no other I've experienced. My focus in this role is to support and expand the Burning Man culture in my home state of Arizona, USA.
