With a B.A. in Fashion Marketing and Branding from Nottingham Trent University, I have a strong foundation in digital marketing, eCommerce, and website design. I am passionate about creating successful marketing campaigns that leverage consumer behaviour and psychology. 

As a former Product and Marketing Executive at KitKing, I managed the daily operations of the website, from product uploads to ClubShop builds. I also collaborated with the Sales and Buying team to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and alignment. 

I have a proven track record of success in event planning and management. I made key decisions for a team of 96 people for the BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing and Branding Graduate Showcase and were the Head Organiser of the youth fashion show Kuldlõige (The Golden Section). These experiences have allowed me to develop my leadership, project management, and event coordination skills. 

I am also a committed community builder. I believe that strong communities are essential for success, and I am actively involved in various volunteering projects, including hosting the "Healthy Girl Era" podcast and organising networking events for fashion and art students. 

I am fluent in Estonian, English, and Russian, and I am eager to apply my skills and experience to a new and exciting role. I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to any organisation that I join.

Nobody talks about that post-graduation confusion.

You spend months grinding to get your degree done. Balancing deadlines, group work, work projects and capaign, while being dependent on caffeine, and then suddenly… nothing?

That’s where a lot of us post-grads are right now.

This week I’ve been spiraling around the fact that I only have to work and gym now, and actually so much free time during the day that it feels uncomfortable. Like… is this what life actually is? 😅

Hear me out. 

Last 9 months I’ve been juggling a full-time Master’s degree and full-time work, in a new country I’d never lived in before. Not a single weekend off. Not a single holiday (okay fine, 3 days in Estonia for my mom’s birthday).

And now suddenly my days are just around working?

On Wednesday I woke up at 11am and felt so guilty for sleeping in. I didn’t leave the house and tried to find things to do the whole day, and went to bed later so that I could just work on my new portfolio website (link in bio). 

Funny thing was that the whole day I was texting my friends about that and trying to figure out what is going on? 

-> Why am I feeling guilty for SLEEPING? 

I got back BEST answers: 

“You know you like challenges. Your next challenge should be: What to do when you don’t do anything? Because I don’t think you know how to behave if you’re not being productive. Like 10% laziness is actually allowed in this world, and I think you did not get the memo!”

So here I am, trying to learn how to not do everything at once. 😌🤭

I turned an insult into my strenght. 

A few years ago I was told 2 things: you’re lazy, and you have an attitude.

Now, I use that sentence as my everyday motivation to speak up and ask questions, and do more in 24h than anyone else can do in a week.

Here is a little recap of my last week of September. 

Yes, the week I forgot to post a weekly catch-up. I had the busiest and hardest week of my life this year. Through that week I:

🔸Finished my final exams for Master's program 🎓
🔸Wrapped up my field project
🔸Organised our Poké Maitsete Õhtu client event in Estonia while being in Milan myself 🍲 (video below)
🔸Dived headfirst into Milan Fashion Week madness - literally, MADNESS!
🔸Found a new apartment exactly one week before moving out of the old one 🫠
🔸Hosted a friend in Milan during the busiest week of the year

So no, I’m not lazy, I’m just multitasking my way through chaos with style and Coka Zero✨

If there’s one thing I’ve learned lately, it’s that growth rarely feels calm. It’s messy, full of deadlines, logistics, and late nights, but also full of moments that remind you you’re building the life you once dreamed about.

Here’s to the busy seasons, the last-minute wins, and the people who still manage to show up 💫

And yes I have an attitude, and it’s okay to be lazy every once in a while. After I managed to finish September in one piece I slept and didn’t leave my room for 2 days.

I did it again, accidentally predicted the future of fashion. 👀

Back in June–July, during our Entrepreneurship class at Milano Fashion Institute, we were told to find one issue in the fashion industry and build a business idea around it.

Out of all the problems: sustainability, waste, fast fashion, and ethics, we chose overconsumption. 

The kind where we see a cute top online, add it to cart, and two days later… we don’t even like it anymore.

Or 

the kind where we order 6 pairs of jeans “just to try them on” and then never return the 5 that didn’t fit (because the return process feels like applying for a visa). It’s ridiculous.

So, we came up with something fun and slightly futuristic: Meet SHAI - the shopping buddy you never knew you needed

Imagine a little browser or phone companion that jumps onto shopping sites with you and instead of convincing you to buy more, it helps you buy smarter. It knows your size, style, and what’s already in your closet.
 
It says things like:

“Hey, that looks cute, but you already have 3 black blazers.”

and

“This one actually fits your body type and matches your favourite shoes.”

Basically, an AI shopping assistant that saves you money, mental energy, and closet space. Fashion therapy, but make it digital.

Fast-forward to today: deja vu in the The Business of Fashion headlines 🤯
A few days ago, I was casually reading Business of Fashion (as one does), and saw this title: “What It Will Take for Consumers to Let AI Shop For Them.”

And I just laughed out loud. Because that’s literally the exact idea we pitched months ago. Same concept. Same mission. Even the same AI buddy energy.

Apparently, startups like Vêtir, Inc., Phia (co-founded by Phoebe Gates), and OneOff are already building this.

They’re making AI agents that can shop on your behalf, suggest products based on your wardrobe, and even complete checkout for you.

The industry is officially catching up. 🫡

And guess what, Estonia’s in on it too🇪🇪 

After our project, I connected with an Estonian startup called Just Say Less (link in comments). They’re building an AI assistant that helps you find clothing pieces from a picture or from your description, like ChatGPT, but for shopping. Seeing that someone from my home country is working on something similar, what we dreamed up during a class in Milan? Soo coool ✨

🙋‍♀️ What I’ve learned through this: The future of fashion isn’t just faster production or trend forecasting. It’s intentional consumption, powered by empathy, data, and a little bit of tech magic.

AI won’t kill creativity. It’ll make us more conscious, more personal, and more aligned with who we actually are (and what we actually need).

So yeah, apparently my class project is now a global business trend.

I get this question all the time.

Whether in Estonia, the UK, or here in Milan:
“Why Milan? Do you want to stay? Do you speak Italian?”

Here’s my answer:

I don’t know yet, but Milan is big enough to meet people from every industry and culture, yet small enough to never feel alone. It’s a city full of workaholics (like me😅), ambition, culture, art, style, warmth, and the kind magic you only find when people are open, hungry, and curious.

It’s not the Italian “la dolce vita”, it’s let’s make it happen. And that’s exactly what I was craving before.

Since moving here, I’ve realised something powerful:

🔸Opportunities don’t just come from applications, they come from conversations. A comment on LinkedIn. A chat in a café. A spontaneous “what do you do?” moment at an event.

So even though I don’t speak Italian fluently yet and even though I’m still figuring things out…

I’m showing up. I’m asking questions. I’m being seen.

From Estonia to the UK to Italy, I’ve learned this:
