As a Data engineering professional, I have contributed to building data-landscape by o Data Profiling – collection, cleaning, curation, and analysis o Data Modeling – building ER models, and dimensional modelling o Data Storage – RDBMS, Distributed storage, Data warehouses and Data lakes o Data Transformation – using SQL/Python (aggregation/normalization etc.) o Data Migration and developing ETL/ELT pipelines using data integration tools o Data Analytics – Data mining, business intelligence and Machine Learning. o Building Data Story – developing data visualizations for dashboarding and reporting. o Data Stewardship – establishing data governance rules and best practices. o Adopt Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban As a graduate of Electronic Business from the University of Ottawa, Canada, I have specialized in areas such as e-Business Strategies, Electronic Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Project Management. As an experienced software engineer with knowledge of programming tools ( Java, Python, SQL) & application of technologies (such as Big Data, Web services API, Data Warehousing – on-prem and cloud, Data Mining, Enterprise Data Architecture, and Data Analytics), I am equipped to connect and collaborate in cross-functional settings of Business /Technology Operations. I keep learning; hence am a lifelong student and my passion is to share, hence a teacher and thus an effective communicator.
