•	Organized the team of students, created the project brief, prioritized the product feature backlog, and led the bi-weekly team check-ins and product reports back to Bio-Rad leadership.
•	Produced business and technical deliverables including project brief, user personas, use case diagrams, high and low fidelity user interface mockups, user stories, UML class diagrams, and database diagrams.
