I researched and developed the psychometric tool with the focus on measuring cultural due diligence processes in mergers and acquisitions. 

Mubea has allowed me to work across four different Mubea sites: Seoul, Austria, North America, and DACH. My work has been evidence-based, and I have been fortunate to develop the psychometric tools needed to measure the cultural due diligence process while implementing the organizational culture into new acquisition sites. 

I formed expertise in creating tools that have successfully enabled my team to evaluate and identify potential cultural differences and crafting according measures, which ultimately facilitated a smooth and effective merger and acquisition process. With proven track of reliability of the analytical process. 

1. Research and development of evidence-based psychometric tools. 
2. Ability to identify and evaluate potential cultural differences in mergers and acquisitions.
