I am a State Licensed and National Certified Mental Health Counselor, who works with individuals and couples. Through the years of working with hurting people, my focus has become concentrated in helping clients deal with depression and anxiety and to heal from various traumas, including infidelity, abuse and grief. More recently, my work has branched into helping individuals, who are faced with a cancer diagnosis and treatment, to thrive. My approach is based in cognitive behavioral therapy to which I integrate various eclectic types of psychotherapy and the mind-body connection. I have recently added Walk and Talk therapy as an offering in my practice. My goal is to collaborate with my clients in a way that helps them reach their goals for wholeness and health, and brings satisfaction and fulfillment to their lives.
