Overseeing and defining the development of Bob's E-commerce projects, among which: automated residential tech units provided by Bob, an in house developed marketplace platform, warehouse management system, mobile apps (user facing and for internal couriers), ERP integration for supply management purposes, food projects, etc.

Among my responsibilities, are the following:

• Defining project vision, functionalities and flows

• Backlog creation, grooming and sprint planning defining

Product Owner

GoWild Gaming

Coordinating the digital production departments (Development, Quality Assurance and Design), building the projects roadmap for the company and ensuring the delivery of each project according to their timelines and per established KPIs.

Working closely with the COO of the company in order to develop, maintain and enforce standards, workflows and procedures for the ongoing projects, live production brands, foreseeable incidents and other required actions (tools, trainings, work from home related procedures, etc.) 

Attending and coordinating weekly and monthly performance review meetings within the company in order to inform stakeholders. Initiating and leading daily scrum meetings with the development team in order to update and facilitate projects delivery.

Responsible for creating project timelines, Jira sprints and deliverables, breaking down tasks, estimating, prioritizing, assigning and organizing the backlog. Resourcing projects and BAU tasks in collaboration with the CTO, per work volume and priorities. Scheduling deployments and informing stakeholders. Organizing Jira projects and boards, as well as configuring Jira for each department (Jira administrator).

Sending release notes for each project to key stakeholders, demos and quarter reviews in order to account the activity and performance of the teams involved, as well as tracking the initial schedule, change of priorities and requests.

IT Project Manager

Hogarth Worldwide

Lead project manager for Nestle USA projects (mostly Drupal based), coordinating different teams based on the requirements of each project, usually consisting of tech leads, front-end developers, back-end developers, testers and content managers. Also assisting for the London projects whenever needed.

For the projects I collaborate with different Hogarth hubs and handle communication, estimations, budgets, resourcing, development and delivery.

Nestle USA projects consist of development and maintenance of the websites, while for London I mostly coordinate localizations, adjustment and, when needed, development of master websites.

Digital Project Manager

Payscout

Managed Payscout’s Romanian office which consisted of 8 to 10 members (2 PHP programmers, 2 C++ programmers, a Java programmer, a tester and 3 technical supports). My role at Payscout was of a project manager and scrum master (agile methodologies and Jira).

The main project was their payment gateway, based on 3 layers: BE, WS, FE and a MySQL database. The project was on-going for more than 4 years and was concentrating on supporting different type of payment transactions in order to integrate with different payment processors and their merchants (i.e. VISA, QWIPI, PAYZEN, ECP, China Union Pay, etc.). 

For these services, we also made available a Hosted Payment page, mostly used in Brazil, for different transactions and specially designed to support local Boleto transactions.

During my time with Payscout, I also coordinated the development of the first Ecommerce VR app,  released on June 2017, on Money20/20, the world’s largest FinTech event.

For this project I coordinated the development of the mobile application (android version), done by a Romanian team and provided UAT testing, followed by reports on progress to Payscout’s designated project manager from New Jersey.

Besides the above, I also conducted the office’s recruitment and scanty HR business (i.e. performance assessment, PTOs, team buildings, miscellaneous paperwork, etc.).

Newrosoft

My first job as a project manager, where I had the chance to coordinate several projects of small and medium complexity. The projects were done using Waterfall methodology and consisted of mobile apps (native iOS and Android or cross-platform software), games (done in Unity 3D) and websites (PHP).

During my time at Newrosoft I constantly coordinated between 10 and 15 programmers and designers, most of them working on different projects.

The largest project was a 6 months strategy game MVP for a Chinese company on retained resources, consisting of 2 to 3 Unity developers, one designer and a PHP back-end programmer.

Apart from the above, I was also heavily involved in the recruitment process and client communication (from scope defining, estimations and budgeting to deliveries and invoicing).
