As a project finance officer with Defence.  My main focus is to build budgets and maintain budget quality throughout the life of the project.  I utilise financial management and reporting tools to provide an accurate picture of the budget health.  Leading a small team within the Project group, I am committed to mentoring and developing my team members to advance their professionalism and personal development.

I also attended to matters arising from general activities within the House as they affected MP's.

I am experienced in international relations, negotiating international agreements and MOUs, contract management, production management, contract governance, financial management, procurement and business process streamlining. 

I am a life-long learner and am invested in increasing my business process analysis skills and international relations awareness - particularly in the European Defence arena.
