Currently work with clients on planning, optimizing and executing direct mail and fulfillment projects, particularly in the nonprofit, insurance, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. I collaborate with clients and with our production team on both the front-end and the back-end to make sure projects are as streamlined, efficient, accurate, and effective as possible. Worked on everything from branding to websites, lead gen, marketing automation, messaging, print and digital media, SEO, social media and more. This experience working across all facets of marketing gave me a depth of understanding and perspective that informs my approach to working with clients on the print and direct mail component of their work. No single tactic stands alone, and all need to ladder up to overall business objectives. Also Previously: Owned and operated a cafe in the Twin Cities for 7 years. Learned more than I ever thought I would about coffee, waffles, business and more, and met some of the most interesting, quirky, funny, smart, kind and generous people in the Twin Cities and beyond. Have also coached tennis on and off for about 15 years or so- highschool, private clubs, public junior programs, and private lessons.
