Dr Liz Walker BVetMed MRCVS BSAVA PgCertSAM Having graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011, I subsequently achieved a post graduate certificate in Internal Medicine with BSAVA. After several years in first opinion practice, undertaking turnaround projects and running my own clinic, I moved on to become a senior director of one of the UK’s largest veterinary corporate organisations. I now work as a Management Consultant as a Director of IntrinsiaVet, the Management Consultancy firm to the veterinary and animal health industry. As well as continuing my veterinary consultancy work with IntrinsiaVet, I am also a Non-Executive Director of an international veterinary corporate organisation. EXECUTIVE COACHING: Having qualified at Henley Business School, I now work with clients from around the globe as an Executive and Leadership Coach. I specialise in transformational coaching, focusing on profound insights and self-awareness, to create lasting change for both individuals and organisations. As a member of the International Coaching Federation I adhere to their codes, ethics and professional standards, raising the bar for Executive Coaching. I am trained in the entire psychology wheel of coaching and am therefore able to bespoke each session to each client to ensure together, we meet the desired outcomes. LEADERSHIP AND CULTURE CONSULTANCY: With over a decade of leadership experience and having further studied Leadership at The London School of Economics and Political Science, I also work as a Leadership and Culture Consultant, helping leadership teams harness their leadership potential and develop adaptability in style to lead diverse, inclusive, and successful teams. Having worked as a Director in both independent and corporate organisations, undertaking mergers and acquisitions and turnaround projects, I am well versed in organisational culture and culture change projects. I work with executive leaders and teams to create high performing teams and great work place cultures where everyone can thrive. PSYCHOMETRICS - Wiley Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® As an Authorised Partner of Wiley, I am certified and trained to deliver both individuals and teams psychometrics and the associated training. MENTORING AND CHARITY WORK: I am a mentor for young adults from underprivileged backgrounds, as well as being a mentor for ORT UK empowering young people through education and vocational training. I am also a trustee for Crawley Open House, a homeless charity based in West Sussex.
