•	European SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Veeva (CRM system based on salesforce.com)
•	Consult with country focussed business leads to perform Technical Analysis of their demands for change to Veeva. (a CRM application built on Salesforce.com).
•	Articulate and champion the business demand within the technical change team and look for global harmonisation opportunities and architectural fit.
•	Design and deliver configuration changes to global Veeva and salesforce.com as part of 4 person (internal IT staff) global team.
•	Manage the demand through the release process and deliver weekly releases of high value CRM changes within an agile /devOps framework.
•	Partner with Veeva External consultants for release migration and knowledge sharing.
•	Recent changes for Middle East, US, Russia, Austria and Italy Human Pharma (HP) and Animal Health (AH) Businesses. 30%

Global IT Business Consultant /European Veeva SME

•	Local BA Role to support UK Business users through the implementation of a Global incentive and compensation SaaS application built on salesforce.com.   The application was Sales IQ from Axtria but we called it CompMax internally. 10%

•	Regional BA role to coach, mentor and support UK, Germany and Spain AH business CRM Managers and IT BAs in the CRMOne Project through 4 quarterly releases of change to Veeva and Salesforce, end to end scope. 20%

Regional BA Co-Ordinator for CRMOne Phase 2 Project                                                 

•	Global Project Manager for the CRMOne project (Veeva / Salesforce SaaS) delivering new functionality to the ipad and laptop users.
•	Worked with the local Business Leads and IT Business Analysts in 8 countries.
•	Utilised lessons learned to Initiate the concept of a Regional BA Co-ordinator for phase 2 of the project, to enable more efficient support and coaching for countries grouped by similar business needs and processes.
