In my former lives as a barrister, full-time mum and carer for my mum, I was always tired (& usually dieting, ineffectively). When my husband died after an 8 month illness, I was exhausted. I’d not taken care of my own health. I’d drowned my stress and sorrow in gin, tonic and convenience food. I had three teenagers and an elderly mum to look after, so I needed to take action. I cleaned up my diet and discovered Intermittent Fasting, but it was hard to maintain the healthy habits. Until I trained as a life coach: during coach training you receive coaching. When I took my struggle to maintain good habits to my coach, it was transformative. I became connected to my vision and purpose; changed my beliefs about what was possible for me; got accountability. I went from being preoccupied with food, having constant hunger, energy crashes and cravings to having consistent energy and being my ideal weight. And so can you. My background as a barrister taught me clarity of thought and attention to detail. As an ICF certified coach, trained by Coaches Training Institute, renowned for the rigour of its training, I use cutting edge coaching techniques to create transformations in my clients.
