I am fortunate to lead some of the most cutting-edge projects in Talent Development, Learning, Org Design and Transformation across the world. I draw on what's the latest talent trends happening in the market, what does our business need for success and how do our people want to develop. 

I have so much variety in what I do and have built very diverse skills. I wear multiple hats in my current role: Global HR Business Partner for the Transactions and Corporate Finance business driving the talent agenda with the global leadership, leading multiple innovative, global people projects that develops our talent and internal talent communications lead for our Strategy and Transactions Talent executive. 

Some highlights include: 

- Leading Global Partner Career Experiences and pioneering Stay Conversations
- Design and development of a Global Skills Accelerator Program for Financial Diligence (inc. UX/UI)
- Creation of a Global Power Skills (soft skills) Certification Program for Junior Management Consultants
- Developing the strategy and design for the new Global EVP being developed for the organization.
- Leading the NextGen Women Competition to attract university level females across 28 countries

Liz is proud to be the Global Program Leader for our EY NextGen Women competition. A program run across 28 countries at EY to increase our gender diversity of entry level females in Strategy and Transactions.

Global Talent Development Lead

- An EY Acquisition in the Consulting Service Line, led the integration of the new business across APAC - 
  including Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Aus, NZ, HK.
- Leadership across APAC of a team of 6 across HR, Learning, Resourcing and Recruitment 
- Alignment of global systems and processes into the EY landscape
- Developed the EYC3 Asia Pacific 2020 HR strategy and partnered with the APAC leadership on Talent priorities in addition to day-to-day operational matters
- Led all macro-HR processes / Employee Relations across APAC
- Worked on Global Talent Development projects including the new career path for tech professionals and service delivery model

HR Leader - Data and Analytics, Asia Pacific (EY DnA)

Clayton Utz

- Leading and working directly with the National Managing Partner of Property, Environment and Construction and the National Manager Partner of Banking and Financial Services
- Role spanned the full employee life cycle of HR priorities across the business. 
- Responsibility for leading a team of HR consultants across the country in my areas and worked closely with them to achieve our talent priorities. 
- Led annual macro HR processes as well as day-to-day coaching and support to the leaders on various HR related topics.  
- Led the restructuring of three national departments in Clayton Utz.  
- Strong involvement in writing the Lawyer Capability Framework. A framework used at all levels to benchmark the performance of individuals lawyers.

National People & Development Manager

With full responsibility for the Clayton Utz Melbourne office this role required strong stakeholder management skills working with all Melbourne office Partners and Office Managing Partner in all aspects of HR including: performance management processes, experienced hire recruitment, clerkship and graduate recruitment, coaching, mentoring, remuneration and performance reviews, Melbourne office HR budget, working with L&D to provide relevant programs etc.

People & Development Consultant

Visy Industries

This role required a strong employee relations and industrial relations focus.  I assisted in several challenging EBA negotiations, had full responsibility for working with sites across Australia providing complex employee relations advice and award interpretation. I led the restructuring of at least 3 Visy sites including several voluntary and involuntary redundancy processes and organisational and job redesign of the remaining businesses.  I also had responsibility for the recruitment of many white and blue collar roles across the organization as well as leading Performance Review processes for my sites, developing the graduate program and providing support on Succession Planning and Competency Framework development.

HR Business Partner

This role involved supporting the HR Director on all aspects of the HR life cycle, a heavy focus on managing recruitment, development of my employee relations knowledge and management of performance management cases and employee relations issues as well as RTW co-ordination and other HR administration duties such as onboarding, running orientation, assisting in performance and remuneration review cycles etc.

Full responsibility for developing and teaching the P-6 Performing Arts program (Drama, Music and Dance) for 820 students. In addition I had 2 choirs, taught violin to students and had a hip-hop dance group.

I'm not your average talent person. I like to take things to the next level and fuse latest trends with practical and valuable solutions for organizations to get the best from their people. I am asked to lead the most cutting-edge projects in Talent Development, Learning, Org Design and Transformation because of my ability to think creatively and bring something different. 

I grew up in the HR trenches and feel like I have slayed the HR operations dragons to get to the Princess. I totally love the work I do! I would liken myself to what Ben Stiller calls himself in Zoolander - a 'slashie'. In his case a model/actor but in my case a talent/learning/comms/creative expert. I go to bed listening to podcasts about talent, drive in my car listening to podcasts about talent and mow the lawn listening to podcasts about talent. I live and breathe what I do.
