Senior Technical Recruiter

- Full life cycle recruiter from sourcing to onboarding
- Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates via online job boards, internal referrals, Boolean searches, and individual outreach
- Perform candidate preliminary interviews and technical screenings
- Manage relationships with sourced candidates and applicants and guide them through the interview process
- Utilize Lever (ATS), LinkedIn, Dice, Google X-Ray
- Part of an agile (SAFe) team participating in daily stand-up meetings and Jira ticketing system
- Interviews other technical recruiters to join our TA team
- Participate in company Buddy System by being POC for new teammates
- Assist in company-wide and team-specific event planning
