With a passion for helping others and for community banking, I have been able to experience several areas within Community Savings Bank over the last 17 years. In my present role as an AVP/Lending focused on Ag/Commercial Lending, I actively onto us to learn and help our organization and my clients achieve their desired financial goals. Throughout the years I have worked/assisted in many areas including; Loan Servicing, Loan Operations, and in the deposit side of banking as well which has given me an opportunity to see and learn about banking from many different aspects. I am able to provide knowledge to customers and our community not only from my years of experience but also from my previous education that I received at Upper Iowa University. At UIU I successfully graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree focused in Financial Management and Human Resource Management.
