I am a people centric leader with deep experience in internal and external recruitment, people development, DEI, and company culture. The diverse roles I have had to date have allowed me to develop a wide range of skills including talent acquisition, leadership, coaching and mentoring, project management, hiring and onboarding, commercial knowledge, and strategic company growth. Following a successful career in Executive Search, I am on a mission to support organisations with their DEI initiatives, with a particular focus on women, LGBTQ+, and the menstrual cycle. I am passionate about the recruitment and retention of women and the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace and work with organisations to educate about the menstrual cycle, how to support employees, be inclusive when talking about periods, and create policies that support all people who bleed to be successful and thrive. I have a background in psychology, leadership, transformational coaching, and menstrual cycle awareness.
