I'm an experienced technical writer with a demonstrated ability to lead and implement creative solutions. Fundamentally I'm a customer advocate, and always find ways to improve the customer's experience and increase their satisfaction, loyalty, and ease of use so that they wouldn't consider using anyone else's products. I build relationships to make information reusable for internal and external customers such as training, sales, marketing and support. I create excellent user experiences, and improve internal processes and workflows, so that writers can do their best work. As a Design Thinking coach, I lead customer engagement projects that build the pull products customers want. This process also gives teams a valuable new set of communication and problem-solving techniques, resulting in greater employee engagement, harmonious teamwork, and job satisfaction.
