As the Head of Clinical and People Excellence, I lead and oversee the strategic direction and operations of the department. My role focuses on ensuring the highest standards in clinical governance, enhancing and expanding our learning and development (L&D) offerings, integrating these initiatives with broader HR goals, and driving client engagement through workshops, training sessions, and other interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Governance:
	•	Oversee the supervision and management of clinical tools like Emma.
	•	Ensure compliance with high ethical and clinical standards.
	•	Provide ongoing training and support for therapists and coaches.
	•	Manage therapist and coaching onboarding and their professional development.

Learning and Development (L&D):
	•	Develop and expand a comprehensive library of training courses covering personal and professional growth.
	•	Transform our learning section into an “Academy” to reflect a broader range of educational offerings.
	•	Enhance our LMS feature, engaging with content-providing organizations and creating bespoke content.
	•	Integrate L&D initiatives with our product features to support continuous development.

HR Integration:
	•	Align L&D content with broader HR goals to enrich aspects such as compliance, leadership, and professional development.
	•	Position mental health services within the larger HR context to enhance overall employee well-being and performance.
	•	Guide marketing strategies to promote growth, development, and thriving.

Client Engagement:
	•	Present workshops and training sessions to clients, covering topics related to well-being, growth, and development.
	•	Develop formal and informal engagement strategies to meet client needs.
	•	Utilise feedback from client engagements to continuously improve and tailor our offerings.

Head of Product

As the Product Manager at Plumm, a mental health and employee well-being company, I oversee the development and execution of product strategies that enhance our offerings and drive user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies in line with the company's vision and goals. Identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing products based on market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams - including Marketing, Partnerships, CSM, Content and Customer Engagement - to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
3. Product Development: Oversee the full product development cycle, from ideation and design to testing and launch. Coordinate with the development team to ensure products are built to specification and delivered on time.
4. User Experience: Prioritise a user-centric approach in all product decisions, striving to create an intuitive and engaging platform that meets the needs of our users.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and keep them informed of product developments.
My role at Plumm allows me to combine my passion for mental health and well-being with my skills in product management. I am committed to enhancing the Plumm platform and services to provide the best possible support for our users and partners in their mental health and well-being journey.

Product Manager

With constant and fast-paced change within the organisation, I moved into a more content-development-focused role as the Psycho-Educational Content & Development Lead. In this position, I worked closely with the marketing, client service, and engagement teams. I was responsible for managing the content development processes end to end which included the base content development, scripting, production (overseeing and often partaking in the filming of content) as well as the post-production processes of editing and publishing the various forms of content. Through this process, I have had to assume a senior-video editing role to review edited content. I have also edited all past live event sessions (webinars) to be able to make recordings available to clients. 
My responsibilities include: 
Managing the ECD (psycho-educational content and development) team
Project managing the content creations processes 
Review and edit content including articles, worksheets, meditation scripts, grounding activity scripts, and online course scripts. 
Project manage the production and editing processes for online courses (filming and editing), guided meditations (script recording and editing), soundscapes  (conceptualisation and development) and grounding activities (active, breathing and visualisation conceptualisation, scripting, recording and editing)
Publishing and managing the publishing process to our website via our admin dashboard. 
Uploading all video/digital content with all necessary information (such as descriptions, stages, categories etc).
Part of the clinical review team whose aim is to ensure clinical compliance and quality of content produced and services offers by the organisation.

Psycho-Educational Content & Development Lead

As Plumm was in a 'scale-up' phase of growth, there became a need to consolidate and manage the psycho-educational content that was being created, published and presented. I assumed the responsibility to continue managing and coordinating the creation of training, live events and courses, in addition to managing the online content creation which included the creation and development of video courses, digital workbooks, and guided meditations.
In addition to creating and presenting content, this role also included the project management of the content creation (scripts), to overseeing the filming and editing of all content.

I managed a team that included 2 other trainers. My responsibilities included the creation, or oversight, as well as the facilitation of client workshops, training and live events. 
As a team, we created and presented psycho-educational topics that included: burnout, stress, anxiety, empowerment, trauma and change, to name a few.

As the Head of Wellness and Head Psychologist, I assume a senior whole school management position that oversees, supports and drives the overall Wellness for the whole of the St David's community (staff, learners, parents). This role involved both the hands-on, proactive (various initiatives, drives, talks and psycho-education) and reactive interventions (individual, group or couple therapy, intervention and support), as well as the overall management of the Wellness Department that directly consisted of 3 full-time psychologists, 2 nurses, a part-time social worker and a critical Wellness Administrator.

As a psychologist, I focused my work primarily on working with children and adolescents concentrating on their learning and development across various domains. The range of work conducted includes learning support, vocational guidance and assessments, full psycho-educational assessments,  therapy, as well as psycho-legal work. In addition to this, various workshops are also hosted including topics such as; study skills and peer counselling.

As the on-site psychologist, I was responsible for the emotional support of learners and staff. I provided therapeutic support on a case-by-case basis operating from an ecosystemic perspective. I was also responsible for assessments and academic support and intervention as well the application and implementation of academic concessions. Presentations to parents, staff and students on a broad range of topics also formed part of my role.

As one of the psychologists on site I would assist in the running of the support department, offering academic support, vocational assessment and guidance, full psycho-educational assessments as well as therapeutic interventions. In addition to this, various workshops and training were provided, as well as assisting with the development of various policies, processes and programs.
