Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Driving marketing performance and ensuring that advertisers stay at the forefront of digital. 

Currently responsible for:
- Reviewing digital advertising strategy
- AdTech selection and implementation (DCO, DSPs, and Ad-Servers)
- Digital advertising training (Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social & Measurement) 
- Identifying key changes in the digital advertising ecosystem that will have an overriding effect on how brands execute digital marketing.
- Improving internal and external knowledge of digital; across planning, optimisation, and measurement.
- Identifying gaps in our client’s digital strategy and building solutions for them.

Strategy Director

My role as Senior Client Partner is to ensure that our clients have access to the latest, relevant strategic thinking in Programmatic and that all engagements are delivered to the highest standard. Specifically, I led projects that selected AdTech, auditted DSPs and set programmatic strategy.

The Programmatic Advisory provides non conflicted advice on how programmatic (defined as 'data and technology to deliver marketing') can deliver and exceed business goals for advertisers, technology companies and publishers.

Data & Audience Director

Responsible for the best use of programmatic planning, with a focus on developing client-specific strategy, execution of performance based plans, managing data sources, with the goal of formulating audience-based strategies and plans.

- Development of programmatic strategy against client sets
- Creating and co-ordinating the programmatic offering within the agency 
- Integration of Data Management Platforms (DMPs)

- Technology consultancy. Recommending technology based on client's business needs and challenges.

Programmatic Data Manager

Responsible for the network management of Aegis’ largest global clients. Ensuring data collection across all media is tracked accurately within a variety of Ad serving and tracking tools.
Daily responsibilities included:

-	Implementing and integrating new media technologies across multiple markets.
-	Ensuring all client KPIs can be met through the use of new and existing media technologies.
-	Improving client processes with the aim of reaching key client business goals.
-	Centrally providing training, answering technical questions and solving discrepancies for several European markets.
-	Internally and externally streamlining processes to improve efficiencies across various teams.

Digital Specialist, Technology Platforms & Digital Operations

Responsible for the implementation of bought media and conversion tracking for iProspect’s largest global client. Working with a number of internal and external teams to ensure all KPIs were tracked within various ad servers.
Daily responsibilities included:

-	The creation of advertising campaigns and relevant tracking tags for a variety of channels.
-	Supporting planning teams with any technical queries.
-	Investigating discrepancies between traffic data. Gathering and analysing data from various sources to find the route of the problem.
-	Providing planning teams with reports of recent campaigns.

International Digital Operations Executive

An experienced leader of 12 years with extensive expertise in marketing, strategic development, and team leadership in EMEA markets. 

I’m a competitive person and am motivated by the challenge of driving long-term, incremental impact. I have a breadth of experience in innovation, change management, and marketing strategy across several industries.

I'm currently responsible for Performance Marketing in EMEA for Crocs.
