Responsible for the introduction of Agile understanding, practices and transformation. Helped Astound set up the basis for Agile projects and run the pilots establishing new ways of working and collaboration with clients. Conducted multiple internal trainings and co-led the Agile Center of Excellence with the goal of internal educational programs and eventual transformation. Worked with all departments and especially Sales to achieve Business Agility readiness.
