- Developed and launched communications and a cross-departmental collaboration framework for EPAM's global social impact initiatives, boosting efficiency of ESG Marketing projects by 20%.

- Launched the internal Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) platform, achieving a 2x increase of social impact contributors within the first six months.

- Developed and launched inclusive language guidelines, resulting in a 60% adoption rate by key stakeholders: talent acquisition, human resources, public relations and learning & development teams.

- Rolled out an employer brand strategy for EPAM Lithuania (1,500 employees), increasing employee referrals by 15% over six months and improving eNPS by seven points.

- Introduced a DEI strategy for EPAM Lithuania and Latvia (1,700 employees), which enhanced expat cultural integration and achieved an improvement in DEI-related employee satisfaction scores from 70 to 84.

- Established a framework for tracking DEI effectiveness, resulting in long-term cross-functional collaboration between five regional teams and a more accurate measurement of DEI impact.

Orchestrated the go-to-market strategy and launch of Anywhere Club, EPAM's educational and community platform for IT professionals. Collaborated with global marketing and branding teams and served as Interim Product Manager to ensure cohesive brand identity and effective market positioning.
 
- Utilized qualitative and quantitative user and market research to define Anywhere Club's value proposition, leading to an immediate buy-in from product owners which reduced project costs by 10%.
