After my rookie summer with Ecoshield I was asked and accepted a role as a Sales Manager for the upcoming summer(2022). During the offseason I attended monthly MDP (Manager Development Program) conferences where I expanded on managerial skills, learned from some of the best leaders in the game, and continued to curate my personal growth.

From my early High-school years up to the beginning of my Sophomore year of college I operated a small business within my community. Offering practically any manual labor within my scope of expertise and capability, I grew my business to working for close to half of my over 300 home subdivision. I was also hired by the HOA of my subdivision on multiple occasions to undergo projects to beautify my community. My outreach did not stop there as I was also being hired by many people throughout the area. 
This role not only grew my work ethic at a young age, but also expanded my network, my personal marketing skills, communication skills, and professionalism between clients.
