I do it by teaching them an empathy-based, solution-selling framework that I’ve appropriated and adapted to the hiring process. People who go through my two-part framework -- and apply the skills I teach -- emerge with tools and replicable processes that enable them to break through the noise of this wildly competitive job market so they can not only get initial interviews, but also strategically position themselves throughout the interview process as the solution hiring teams are looking for, propelling them to and through final interviews enroute to getting the job they deserve.
