Directly lead and manage a team consisting of 4 Project Managers and 2 Business Systems Analysts responsible for overseeing CompHealth Divisional, CHG Digital, and CHG Corporate projects. These projects encompass critical initiatives such as Workday and SalesCloud implementations, as well as CompHealth/CHG Process Improvements, including the revamping of CHG team committees, contract processes, and the creation of new corporate roles and teams.

Spearheaded talent development and recognition within the team, resulting in the promotion of 2 team members within the first year of employment. Advocated for individual raises ranging from 8% to 20% for all team members, acknowledging their contributions and dedication.

Played a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring junior Project Managers in Project Management Methodologies. Provided guidance and support to mid-level Project Managers, enabling them to successfully obtain their PMP Certification, contributing to their professional growth.

Implemented a comprehensive PMO restructure within the first year of employment. This involved a thorough analysis of gaps in the previous process and structure. Subsequently, new project documents were created, and processes were improved or established. These changes resulted in a substantial increase in stakeholder confidence, as evidenced by company surveys and stakeholder outreach.

Successfully coordinated the consolidation of project schedules and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs for CHG Digital/Corporate and CompHealth-driven projects. This collaborative effort led to enhanced collaboration between divisions, reduced project gaps, and streamlined workflows.
