- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand, estimate, and provide technical leadership during sales cycles
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing administration, development, and support during projects
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, product demos, and prototype sessions with client stakeholders
- Draft, review, and guide creation of use cases and functional requirements documents
- Advise clients on ServiceNow products, process best-practice recommendations, and help develop roadmaps to improve overall maturity across the platform
- Contributed to the development and refinement of organizational process best practices and Agile methodologies related to ServiceNow projects.


*Project Management and Reporting*
- Partner with Project Managers to maintain/update accurate project forecasts with an ability to move fast to meet critical business needs
- Provide regional services management reporting and capacity recommendations based on business requirements
- Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in support of business deliverables
