I’ve worked directly and successfully with global leads, legal, development and research departments on QRM, sales, go-to-market, client acquisition, strategy, budgeting, invoicing, pricing, vendor negotiations, and directly managed day-to-day of both business operations and development team globally.

I have helped to establish a full blown Cyber AI Academy practice targeted at educating client's executive suite on cyber risk, artificial intelligence solutions and practical implementation of such. I've presented the content and led workshops as well as business operations, including video, printed and audio materials, presentations, staffing, client outreach and content covering threat intelligence, risk management, cyber strategy, mitigation, incident response tactics, procurement, managed services approach and much more.

I’ve mentored teams and played a key part in various RFP response and engagement teams resulting in over $3,200,000 CAD revenue brought into the Firm in my first 4 months alone. Finally, I worked overnight for days straight when was required by the Firm and mobilized a team of 16 to deliver an ML cyber analytics platform demo that a global insurance client referred to as “best they’ve ever seen”.
