Phi Kappa Tau is a men's social collegiate fraternity with over 4,300 active members. Indiana University's Beta Lambda chapter was founded in 1949 and is one of the country's largest Phi Kappa Tau chapters.

• Organized 4 brotherhood events with over 150 members each semester to establish and strengthen relationships within the organization
• Arranged chapter-wide trips to Windsor, Canada and Miami, Florida for over 70 people which consisted of creating agendas and project timelines, managing budgets, negotiating vendor rates & delegating tasks to committee members
