Growing up I dreamed of a career playing basketball in the NBA. I spent hours rehearsing my game-winning shots in my driveway while imagining a stadium full of fans going nuts at the sound of the ball falling effortlessly through the net. If you've met me after age 13, you're probably laughing at the thought of me trudging up and down an NBA court. It didn't take too long to realize that dream wouldn't become a reality. Luckily in high school, I landed a job building eCommerce stores for a gift basket company and dipped my toe in marketing where I honed my analytical skills. I quickly became hooked and my career took a much different direction than NBA player. Since then I've worked in multiple marketing and operations roles, founded a couple of companies, spent millions in PPC and social ads, built and led teams, authored 2 books, driven millions of views to websites through SEO, spent weeks automating and improving CRMs, wasted countless hours trying to fix technical issues on websites, analyzed more data than I could count, worked with finance teams, learned multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, written copy, sent millions of emails, designed multiple graphics that would make most graphic designers laugh, and most importantly driven millions in revenue. Through all of this, I still wake up every day excited to learn and grow to become a better digital marketing and revenue leader. A few of the tools I have extensive knowledge of in: HubSpot (marketing, sales and operations hubs), Salesforce Sales Cloud, ZoomInfo, Chorus.ai, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Wordpress, Rollworks, Intercom, Zapier, Monday.com, Shareasale (affiliate platform), FormAssembly and Typeform. I also have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (both Facebook and Instagram specific campaigns), Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads, Adroll, Amazon PPC and Clutch.
