• Managing a cross-functional team consisting of developers, educators, student support, and designers to continuously build and improve the Kiron campus (FE and BE) 
• Onboarded 8+ new partners (White label and NGOs) in Q4-21 and Q1-22 to test a new product concept known as Collective Impact Campus (and Mentorship Programs) leading to an increase in active students on the platform.
• Led the re-organization and restructuring of the product teams (15+ members) in Q2-22 to serve students and partners better.

Product manager for Seera’s flagship brand Al Mosafer - Middle East's leading omnichannel travel product and a one-stop-shop for hotel, flights, and holiday bookings to ensure that users see the most relevant and personalized search results when shopping for their next holiday.
- Managed the Hotels and Rooms CMS team of 6 members (FE, BE, QA) and built a dynamic ranking model for search impacting 700K+ hotels, and 3.2+ million travelers.
- Improved the dev team scrum process to make it more efficient and streamlined, doubling sprint velocity from 32 to 58 points/sprint.
- Collaborated with the marketing, partnerships, design, and business analytics teams to develop an internal tool to promote hotels.

Successfully launched Fitness Ally, a ground-breaking AI-powered virtual fitness trainer in your pocket that can see you, interact with you, and offer live form feedback.

- Co-created the product roadmap, vision, and strategy along with the CEO and Head of Product. 
- Led all agile sprint meetings (estimation, refinement, prioritization) of 25 person full-stack dev teams across Python, iOS, Unity, and AI Research in Berlin and Toronto offices.
- Conducted usability testing for 8+ users, gathered insights from 150+ beta testers, & delivered +5 new features end-to-end.
- Increased sign-up and workout completion rates from 43% to 87% by identifying fail points in the onboarding flow and UX.
- Organized and conducted the first-ever in-house usability testing to improve the mid-workout user experience which resulted in revamping the workout UI graph.
- Collaborated with the UX/UI team members to design the post-workout wireframes, prototypes, and experience.
- Worked with product marketing, iOS, and design teams to define customer acquisition strategies, user journey and payment flows for B2B users.
- Co-led and shipped the internal conversational tool along with CTO to increase efficiency across copywriting, recording, and engineering teams, cutting the time required for task completion by 60%.
- Coordinated with the marketing team to design and refine various referral programs.
- Developed and designed the pricing and monetization strategy and the paywall for the freemium version of the app.

Predictive Analytics Data Scientist for the Intercity Express Project (UK)
• Designed an Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) system for 200+ diesel engines with 40+ sensors to predict engine failure events for trains in the UK & generated an ML risk scores model to assist the Customer Care Center to improve maintenance scheduling. 
•  Developed and implemented the train to engine mapping algorithm with a 95% sensitivity using GPS data and the Haversine method to eliminate the frequent human error during checks.
• Collaborated with the product owner in product backlog refinement and coordinated sprint meetings

Co-founded a baggage space sharing platform for airline travelers to minimize unused space on flights and provide an affordable travel experience.
With experience in app development and frontend, I was responsible for the tech team to build the mobile application and ensures that our technologies are all up-to-date and secure. 
Designed, prototyped, and developed front-end for the iOS mobile application.
Gathered user insights from 20+ user interviews and worked with the development team to build wireframes and prototypes.

Implemented My Wellness Study to examine the impact of 8-week guided meditation on the relationship between young breast cancer survivors and their partners.   
• Led 20+ sessions for the Science of Mindfulness and Intergroup Relations project to study the influence of mindfulness and its impact on social relationships of various kinds
• Conducted meta-analysis for previous studies effects of mindfulness on campus climate using comprehensive meta analysis.

• Event planner for the university’s late night programming board that implements over 20 small and large scale events per year reaching approximately 14,000 in attendance.
• Coordinated services for events, such as displays, catering for attendees.
• Managed the marketing and promotion for Mizzou After Dark and events.

I'm particularly interested in working on super impactful and innovative products in education, travel, health, and wellness. Open to exploring other areas as well!

Throughout my career, I’ve been deliberate in testing different skill sets such as marketing, data science, design, and product management across both startups and mature companies. My experience growing up in a very diverse environment as well as working and studying in 4 different countries has taught me to be extremely outgoing, collaborative, and adaptable.
