Hi! I'm a Head of Product at the startup with a diverse skill set in product discovery, design, user research, and innovation. I've spent past years leading the development of Eden Protocol, a cutting-edge startup that uses AI and ML to deliver state-of-the-art technology for person-opportunity matching. At the same time, I'm growing my career in the corporate world as a Project Manager Scrum Master at Sabre. I lead 3 teams of 42 SRE engineers in total. I'm facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Scrum and Agile frameworks, and collaborating with company leadership to establish processes, best practices, and feature releases. I also have a passion for cultural diversity and leadership, having participated in the FLEX program sponsored by the US Department of State. This year-long educational exchange program placed me with a host family and immersed me in the local school, culture, and environment, further developing my leadership & and communication skills. I have developed strong ties with my community in the States and continue collaborating with Michigan State University Extension as a speaker. I'm excited to continue designing innovative products and leading teams to success today, with Eden & in my next opportunity!
