I am the Co-founder of Magna NDIS Consultant, an ethical, impact-driven consulting firm helping disability service providers grow sustainably while delivering better outcomes for people with disabilities. Magna works globally with disability service providers and allied health providers in Australia, UK, US, and the GCC. As a disability advocate and autism inclusion strategist, I use my work at Magna and my LinkedIn presence to advance autism and disability acceptance locally and globally. My approach blends lived values with evidence-based strategies, ensuring providers grow in ways that protect rights, dignity, and choice. At Magna, our growth strategies are built around empathy, placing providers in the shoes of their clients, and ensuring every operational and marketing initiative reflects authentic, person-centred service delivery. Previously, I served as CAE for a listed company in Saudi Arabia and as a Consultant with EY in the USA and the Middle East, bringing global growth, and operational expertise into the disability and allied health sectors.
