Game Economy Designer

Worked on Game Evolution teams for iOS. Creating the updates for two F2P games. 
Feature design with a constant follow up throughout the entire production cycle  with local developers, producer and studio manager to lock the scope of each update. 
This scope depends on the requests and KPI goals defined with the external teams consisting in HQ producers, GMM and GED.

Lead Game Designer

I was part of the teams in charge of porting company games from iOS to HTML5 or Windows Phone 8.

- Basic documentation preparation, GDD’s and flows, constant communication with devs, local producer and game designers from original title. 
- Revising technical certification requirements and platform specifications to smooth the porting process.

My tasks include the creation of the reports in the local Playtesting department: a document that analizes in depth the different aspects of the releases in each device, pointing areas that need polishing at the same time than giving our own recommendations about the game mechanics, level design, replay value, graphics, audio and fun factor of the game.

At the same time, I perform general Playtester activities with the rest of the team, such as benchmarking, timing normal walkthroughs, giving feedback to the producers about difficulty and balance or any special report that each own release may require.

During the last 6 months I focused on the freemium aspect of such reports, analyzing retention, potential monetization and social aspect for each game: I was in charge of special research that was required to constantly keep up to date the Playtesting team's approach for the reports; both in the technical aspect and the content improvement of the final documents made by the team through trainings and written manuals.

Part of the ad-honorem team that currently keep on manteining the free open-source Argentinian MMORPG 'Argentum Online' which was started back in the year 2000 by Pablo Marquez.

Over the course of 5 years I helped with the project in several areas such as the Art and Game Design departments, ending up being the link between the whole Development team, coordinating the different tasks that needed to be done in order to maintein the server up and running with as many new features as a small ad-honorem team could provide.
