From your email to our CEO, we understand that you have received the new set following new in-store deliveries, and we hope you will enjoy your Bang & Olufsen products. If you would like to expand your Bang & Olufsen collection in the future, we will be happy to provide you with a 20% coupon for our online B&O web store. Please let us know if you are interested.

My Answer:

1. my Name is wrong, but I guess was a mistype from my side. 

2. What is the name of the supervisor, that the coworker, mentioned before? ? Since I assume the submitted E-Mail got stuck in Germany, I would like to send the whole conversation as Copy, directly to someone at Band & Olufson, Headquarters.

3. Yes, thanks' for asking, the exchanged earphones work well, as everyone expects by Band & Olufson.

4. I´m just very, very disappointed, and i would be really interested if Bang & Olufson, would also send such a simple E-Mail as an apology to one of my Contacts

5. Whether we still hold on to Bang & Olafson as a brand will show after this incident, we are in the planning of a studio, but currently I would rather fall back on Logitech than that I do me again such a disgusting process. 

6. We will gladly provide you with a 20% coupon for our online B&O web store. "Let us know if you are interested." (??) - really?! That´s it 

As I wrote in the E-Mail to your "CEO", this is not what I know and expect as "Customer Service", this is sheer disappointment. 
Again, should not be disagreed, the Dialog would be incorporated for future training with the deletion of all related personal and name-related data. But you can find the Story on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Imagine you go to the Bang & Olufsen Store of your trust, and buy their NEW Earphones "Beoplay EX" - Gold Tone, for 400.- €.

Then at home, 2 Hours later, you realize, that the things were already used and have been worn!! 

Then it is said in the store after you arrive there again, it will be exchanged for "goodwill" in 1 week. öÖ Oh btw, although he still had two new packs behind him and means to this, these are already sold. 

I have never heard so at Bang & Olufsen. 
- You?

After you leave the store a bit bilious and extremly ****** and you are back home, again, you contact Bang & Olufsen-Support!!

The direct FIRST Contact was with the English Support, and here I can say what a great, nice, friendly, and courteous support. 
You Guys were really awesome!!

Then you reply to the E-Mail you received from them and then during this, you slide back to the German Support. Hajyaaaa... which had the same level as the Bang & Olufsen Store.

This lets you with an email dismissed that this is a middleman and that Bang & Olufsen only sells the goods only to the Store. 

He pays for being allowed to damage the brand like this!! 

That's what I call first-class customer service. 
For that, one pays yet gladly 400, - €.

Well, meanwhile, the headphones were exchanged on "goodwill". But I'm still pi****, and extremely disappointed.

Bang & Olufsen is a brand, with a very good reputation and high prestige,
also especially known for beautiful Design and Excellent Sound Quality. 

I think we agree here, don't we?

But as for Customer Service / Support, shame on you ...

BTW the new unused "Beoplay EX" - Excellent Sound Quality and a beautiful Design. As you would expect it from Bang & Olufsen!!
