Foster an entrepreneurial environment by being a thought leader, functioning as a business intelligence expert and analyst, informing strategic decision-making related to partnership activity.  Oversee and lead the successful execution of SBS Tech's multifaceted partnership and strategic alliances strategy. -Creating our strategic vision, driving quality outcomes, and building the future-facing infrastructure required for our rapid, intentional growth objectives. -Establish and carry out the organizational and departmental procedures, goals, and policies. -Direct and oversee the organization’s budgetary and financial activities. -Manage general activities associated with providing all services and sales programs. -Negotiate and execute contracts for all partners and vendors. -Appoint managers and department heads to over the day-to-day functional sales teams. -Leverage existing company footprint and personnel to further support, develop, and integrate solutions across the sales organization. -Expand and build the business portfolio so it has long-range sustainability – with a particular focus on growing the new full and open business. -Build and/or maintain client, partner, and vendor relationships, and ensure overall satisfaction. -Actively lead strategic and business development initiatives including opportunity identification, deal qualification, capture management, client engagement, teaming arrangements, pricing, win strategy, and hands-on proposal development. -Cultivate and grow client relationships with agency personnel and key influencers that result in net new business. Implement business development strategies designed to win business and increase revenue. ----Align business development strategies and tactical execution to achieve key metrics in revenue and customer satisfaction. -Continuously enhance and support a positive company image and culture as an industry leader in telecom and other service offerings. -Create strategic roadmaps for inorganic growth across the country within different segments and revenue streams.
