•	Architected, built up and managed a development lab of 1200 vms, 100 physical machines, 40.000 databases. Provided development environments to R&D Team.

•	Applied growable, load balanced and redundant vSphere/ESXI clustered environment technics by installing HP C7000 blade center, built in SAN/network switches and HP 3PAR 7200 SAN Storage, holding 1200 vms of Intel based Linux, Solaris and Windows vms.
•	Continuously installed all the historical and the new versions of Sap Hana, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Mssql, Mysql, MariaDB, Percona, Postgresql, Mssql, Mongo DB, Teradata on all supported Unix/Linux/Windows platform matrix, all linux kernels and some additional services for development purposes.
•	Fully automated most of those installations, developed systems by Bash and some built-in Powershell cli which is downloading, installing on multiple platforms, running some development tasks, checking out to SVN and informing Dev. Teams or other automation systems.
•	Developed maintenance systems like; automated backup system using 3PAR storage features, bash and cli to back up all the 1200 vms externally with the snapshots.
•	Managed some environments at AWS and Azzure as a small part of the Lab.
•	Performed many migrations during the duty. In the last migration; planned, projected and moved this complete lab. internationally and built up back without disaster.
