Zea is the premier global digital marketing agency focused primarily on eCommerce and SaaS, delivering complete digital marketing, PPC, and PR services to companies that are scaling their sales and looking to join the top 1%.

Beez

Beez is a B2C app that targets people who shop online and finance their online shopping with credit cards. The goal of Beez is to eliminate banks and support the financing costs of loans directly from retailers as a wholesale discount to Beez. 
Responsibilities ranged from creating the product strategy to organising the complete product roadmap, business logic and backlog, managing the development team, managing stakeholders and facilitating training sessions for the entire technical staff, writing user stories and prioritising the development process according to business needs. 

Significant achievements: reduced the meetings and planning time by 2/3, sped up backlog items’ time-to-development by 50%, shipping iterations 2 times faster while reducing the number of interactions with customer service.

Gloobus

The main focus of the role at Gloobus was the GSB, an industry-agnostic Enterprise Data Exchange framework (EDX), that handles multiple data sources, distributed across the world, which transforms, saves and pushes data to any other application, CRM, ERP, e-commerce system or custom built API in real-time. It was designed for the travel and hospitality industry, with real-life applications in insurance, medical, FMCG, transport and IoT.

This agile hybrid Product Owner/Product Manager/Marketing Manager role meant attending both to the market research and go-to-market strategy of the GSB, as well as to the product development roadmap, scalability and future-proofing the product. 

Activities included client interactions and interviews, stakeholder and proxy management, content marketing, internal branding and occasionally, attending conferences and taking on speaking engagements. Key results of this position included reducing the time-to-market by almost 2 years and migrating to a SaaS system that was 90% faster and 85% cheaper to run.
