- Managed the execution of a 1.2 million dollar signage roll out for 52 BRE Alumni communities, including creating signage standards, design, and installation.

Senior Marketing Manager

Management:
- Oversight of two Marketing Managers, Marketing Specialist, and a Graphic Designer. 

Community Marketing: (New Construction, Renovation, Underperforming and Stabilized Assets)  
- Oversight of marketing programs for all communities (60,000 units; 240+ communities). 
- Conduct site visits and competitor visits/analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to drive qualified traffic to the property.
- Identify opportunities to optimize online marketing channels to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with agencies to drive effective online advertising
- Develop, implement and manage all community marketing plans.
- Direct Asset Management team on positioning and messaging for renovation projects: asset repositioning and capital improvements include amenity enhancements and interior unit upgrades. 
- Provide FF&E recommendations for models, amenity spaces, etc. based on psychographic data.
- Lead the development of creative materials for collateral, graphics, signage, banner ads, etc.
- Manage signage vendors to ensure signage guidelines and standards are being met
- Provide creative direction to internal and external agencies
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans for new construction projects.
- Prepare and present Marketing plan to Community Managers bi-yearly to foster relationships and educate the on-site team on marketing initiatives.
- Drive traffic and brand initiatives for all new developments and redevelopments, ensuring targets were achieved on time and on budget.
- Monitor and review weekly traffic, exposure and occupancy reports. 
- Manage and lead marketing items related to Acquisitions and Dispositions.
- Develop in collaboration with the marketing team - yearly marketing budgets.
- Develop and execute select corporate based initiatives.

Event Planning:
- Manage the coordination of 3 yearly Annual Awards and 4 Summer Picnic Celebrations
-Execute Grand Openings, Ground Breakings Events

Regional Marketing Manager

My Property Management Career began in January 2005 with Essex Property Trust as an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing Department. Within the first 2 years I created and developed the Event Coordinator position and have successfully accomplished to date more than 100+events from 5-850 attendees. From creating and finalizing the budgets for each one. In 2009 my position shifted to Marketing Coordinator where I helped oversee our Level One, ILS Ad sources, as well as our property websites. We began Essex social media efforts and currently help manage 90+ Essex Property Facebook pages to date. As of 2011 both the positions were combined. My work has expanded to include managing our Marketing Lease Ups efforts working closely with Development and Operations.
