I currently serve as Managing Partner of Kutsko Consulting. We guide our clients through transformational experiences to revolutionize how organizations communicate, collaborate, and engage with their teams. My leadership journey began in 1999, and it's been an exciting ride. A game-changer for me was reading 'First, Break All the Rules,' which transformed how I thought about management and engagement. It's all about ‘enabling’ others by creating environments where everyone's unique abilities are nurtured and appreciated. Over two decades, I've used this approach to lead global tech teams, guide the creation of innovative products, and design customized coaching programs for top-tier executives. A multi-disciplinary leader, my previous executive roles have included higher education, software development, global humanitarian assistance, and consulting. When I'm not closing deals or with my family, you'll find me: - Skiing in the trees - Drinking a beer on a patio with a friend (after skiing in the trees) - Looking at a map, daydreaming about my next adventure (hopefully skiing in the trees) Work becomes meaningful when we build strong relationships.
