I currently serve as the Chief Growth Officer at Happy Companies, a trailblazing B2B SaaS startup, building a platform to revolutionize how organizations communicate, collaborate, and engage with their teams. My leadership journey began in 1999, and it's been an exciting ride. A game-changer for me was reading 'First, Break All the Rules,' which transformed how I thought about management and engagement. It's all about ‘enabling’ others by creating environments where everyone's unique abilities are nurtured and appreciated. Over two decades, I've used this approach to lead global tech teams, guide the creation of innovative products, and design customized coaching programs for top-tier executives. A multi-disciplinary leader, my previous executive roles have included higher education, software development, global humanitarian assistance, and consulting. Now, I'm part of an incredible team at Happy, where we're poised to launch something that'll empower workers everywhere.
