ForLoren Sanders is an adjunct faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management teaching Organizational Communications and Strategic Talent Management. She helps non-HR people better understand how HR and business can integrate to create sustained organizational success. She also has experience on the Faculty Senate having formerly led the HR Academic Discipline Committee. In her day job Loren is a coach and a fractional talent management consultant. She improves operational efficiency by diagnosing and resolving learning gaps and inconsistent processes and establishing direction for assessment, planning deploying delivering and evaluating learning and performance support. She is an agent of change, a project driver and strategist focused on critical success factors, milestones and risks. She advises and coaches subject matter experts on how to best train business education topics to their target audiences. Loren is the co –founder of Roxlo Consulting group which is an organization, focused on developing leaders in both the public and private sector. She is the author of Empathy is Not a Weakness and Other Stories from the Edge published in Jan 2023. Loren is a regular speaker at local HR organizations, educational institutions, outplacement organizations, Professional Organizations, and The Midwest Claim Conference and Training Industry. She also writes for the Training Industry blog.
