With over 13 years of experience in human resources and benefits, I am a certified and licensed professional who is passionate about helping employees and clients with their insurance needs and questions. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Management from Ball State University, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and a Licensed Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer license in four states. In my most recent role as a Benefits Specialist at American Income Life: AO, I was responsible for calling and receiving calls from clients, scheduling and presenting benefits packages over Zoom, completing applications, and attending ongoing training sessions. I also have experience in purchasing, office administration, customer service, budget management, team building, and interviewing from my previous roles at Keihin North America and Ball State University. I am a self-starter, a great team member, a detail-oriented communicator, and a problem solver who always strives to learn and improve.
