Human Resources Director - Specialized Products, North America

Trilogy Corporate Services

•	Manage all aspects of day-to-day field operations including staff management, client support and 
        warehouse operations. 
•	Directly responsible for a staff of twenty employees, including four supervisors.  
•	Responsible for client account management, ensuring contracted scope of work is delivered.
•	Responsible for achieving monthly financial targets.
•	Negotiate client contract renewals.
•	Provide Human Resources leadership in areas such as recruitment and hiring, performance 
        management, training programs and leadership development initiatives. 
•	Tasked with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures in support of field 
        operations, such as time and attendance policy.

Operations Manager

Cummins Inc.

Cummins Sales & Service provides sales, service, and support for diesel and alternative fuel engines, generators, and components.
•	Recruited from the human resources function to manage a team of 33, including 21 Field Service Technicians with 24x7 emergency service availability; team supports the Metro Detroit, Saginaw/Midland/Flint MI, and Northern OH/Toledo area markets.
•	Oversee $500,000 in monthly sales, approximately half of which comes from service-related work orders, and the rest from 500 monthly planned maintenance work orders.
•	Maintain a positive safety record, with zero safety-related issues on the team for two years.
•	Organize twice weekly meetings to monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and report results to all key players; reduced aged work-in-progress (WIP) by 50% from 2018 to 2019.
•	Initiated changes to the phone system and call routing within the department to increase customer support; designed and rolled out office procedures for time and attendance, and work order management.
•	Contribute to Cummins’ diversity and inclusion programs as Chair of the East Region’s Women’s Empowerment Network.

Field Service Manager

•	Oversaw the talent management cycle and conducted performance management activities.  Completed training with 100+ employees in the OnTrack performance management system in 2017.
•	Monitored staff training for 46 locations, ensuring that 2,100+ team members completed all required training classes.
•	Managed the performance improvement plan process to guarantee that employees not meeting goals were placed on development plans.  Worked with line HR to document and monitor development plan completion. Designed the region’s progressive discipline policy that was enacted in 2018.
•	Recruited and mentored team members.  Performed hiring and onboarding tasks.
•	HR liaison for the organization’s union employees, who account for approximately 33% of the workforce.
•	Provided a strong focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace as founder and leader of the Region’s Women’s ERG (Employee Resource Group).
•	Developed and managed the non-exempt local onboarding program.  Created and maintained presentation materials and trained facilitators in the program and processes.
•	Facilitated Cummins’ Core Curriculum courses quarterly to the region’s non-exempt staff.
•	Led a committee monitoring family and life events.  Ensured resources were available, especially for mothers

Talent Management Leader

•	Managed all line HR activities for seven sites in Michigan and Ohio including: recruitment for exempt and non-exempt employees, training and development for current staff, new hire onboarding, new hire documentation, and staff misconduct investigations.
•	Provided FMLA/STD administration, addressed manager and staff inquiries, and collaborated with the insurance provider.
•	Delivered coaching and counseling support to managers and supervisors in the areas of employee relations, disciplinary actions, and procedure/policy adherence to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
•	Offered guidance to managers regarding performance improvement plans, involuntary terminations, and union bargaining agreement issues/strategies.
•	Led a team in reviewing all positions within the region to confirm FLSA compliance in 2016.
•	Participated on a workgroup to transition all 750+ staff members from the former Cummins Bridgeway to the CMI health and welfare, retirement, and payroll system.

Team Hamilton is a real estate broker in South Lyon, MI.
•	Delivered administrative support including marketing, website management, and social media marketing.
•	Provided key office support to the principal broker, scheduled and performed tasks such as holiday card mailings, party planning, running errands, and conducting online research.
