From losing my brother on 9/11, and then my father to lung cancer 3 short years later, to a failed invention to several more business failures including a restaurant and dance studio, to building a million dollar amazon business with an over $2MM exit ...I am an inventor, a serial entrepreneur and a never give up’per with a deep love for sourcing, product development, logistics and treasure hunting...for products I can sell of course. I am most importantly a professional dog lover. The night before 9/11 my brother Guy who was 29 years old making a six figure salary at Cantor Fitzgerald in the WTC told me he was unhappy with his job. Working 16 hour days including a brutally long commute he had no life/work balance and expressed his desire to do something more entrepreneurial. The next day my brother was killed. The tragic loss of my beloved brother would set the trajectory for my future career. I went from corporate America to having a restaurant business which failed then a dance studio that failed. I then created my own product which failed many times, until I found Amazon where it became a #1 best seller. My success on Amazon is a true testament to the lesson my brothers untimely and tragic death taught me about the importance of loving what you do for a living and never giving up.
