One thing that I've learned throughout my personal and professional life is that it's all about relationships. I enjoy the challenge of gaining trust and building a strong foundation with people I come across in my work life and personal life. I follow the golden rule of treating others as I would like to be treated, especially when it comes to being responsive and communicative. While working, I focus on meeting needs of clients/colleagues and believe in following through until I feel everyone is completely satisfied. At minimum, I make it a priority to communicate through issues so that clients feel cared for and know they have an advocate internally pulling for their best interest. In all of my roles, I feel it’s important to be able to enhance operations in order to streamline and organize tasks in a more efficient manner. It's important to me to feel as though I'm making a clear impact for the company I’m representing. I also always foster a fun environment in the workplace and enjoy working in a cohesive team setting.
