· 	Responsible the management of over 80 contract technicians across Canada, including training, performance, contract renewal, vacation requests, health and safety issues, etc.	

·	Responsible for the deployment of 80 contract technicians across Canada for one day assignments, spread over 9 projects	

·	Responsible for the hiring of contract technicians across Canada (full lifecycle recruitment), including orientation, training, documentation, and project specific equipment	

·	Responsible for the creation and management of all deployment schedules across Canada, working in conjunction with 9 different projects to ensure that our forecasted requirements meets demand on installation days.	

·	Developed Executive reporting on Demographics to manage the deployment of service technicians, contract technicians and third party vendors	

·	Instrumental in reducing project costs as it relates to deployment of project technicians, e.g. by building schedules to reduce travel time, hotel stays and utilize contract staff as opposed to third party vendors	

·	Maintained and managed relationships, with integrity, with third party vendors, including rate negotiation, margin negotiation, service level agreements etc	

·	Developed processes to streamline the deployment of smaller projects and utilize in-house staff thereby reducing  costs
