I’ve been leading sales teams across the US and specifically the Northeast for more than 20 years. During that time, I’ve led a mix of established companies, and built my own teams from scratch in a start up environment as well. I’ve also been involved with several franchise/affiliate companies, and have always been extremely involved on a corporate level in those situations, serving as the "link" between corporate and our location. As a Sales Leader - my ultimate goal is to create an environment where my team feels empowered to successfully represent our company, armed with the tools they need to succeed, and always feels valued for their contributions. My true professional love and passion is increasing the performance of my sales team while setting an example of what great looks like when it comes to deal-making. I am passionate about leading and motivating by example, and fostering a cooperative, energetic, family-like, and competitive culture. As a Sales Trainer, my objective is to form easy to follow processes and scripts that walk a sales professional (and in turn, the customer) through the process of buying and decision making. Each salesperson has their own unique personality that should come out in every sales interaction, and my goal is to help each individual use their unique personality to build a relationship with their customers and ultimately close more often.
