My core focus was to lead and motivate a Region of Travel Experts using the business values and culture of Delivering Sunshine, whilst growing and developing not only the KZN Leadership team, but also responsible for driving target related performance of 60+ consultants.

Responsibilities Included: 
* Leading & developing a team of 10 Managers, with an overall team of approximately 60 consultants. 
* Living & leading by example the values, vision and Sunshine Culture. 
* Budgeting & financial forecast – weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. 
* Implementing & generating action plans to maintain levels of performance to achieve Sales Targets!
* Identifying & recruiting outstanding and exceptional talent. 
* Developing a pipeline of talent within the Region for personal growth & development (future 
   Managers).
* Assisting & managing customer unhappiness with fast and effective solutions in upholding the 
  Pentravel Brand. 
* Identifying trends & researching marketing competitors, with a strong focus on overall customer 
   service experience. 
* Representing the Pentravel Brand using local store marketing to drive awareness and new business to 
  stores in and around KZN. 
* Planning, executing and hosting memorable experiences to support the culture, values and vision of 
  Pentravel.
* Tour leading and hosting travel opportunities, both local and internationally with elite members of the 
  group, as well as corporate clientele. 
* HR processes and procedures and the management thereof, for a fair and objective outcome. 
* Marketing input inclusive of proof reading, copy writing, design feedback for items relatable to both 
  internal and external use.
